What blanket size should I order?

37×52 inches: This is a compact size, perfect for a single person’s lap, a child, or a small accent throw.

50×60 inches: Our most popular size, ideal for draping over a camper van sofa or dinette. It offers cozy coverage for one, or a snug fit for two.

60×80 inches: Roughly the size of a Queen bed, this is great if your van has a larger double or queen-sized bed. It provides generous coverage for the entire bed top or ample room for two people to relax comfortably.

If your payment doesn’t go through, first double-check all your card details. If correct, we recommend contacting your bank or trying a different payment method.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folders. If it’s still missing, please submit a request through our CONTACT US form and we’ll confirm for you.

As all items are made-to-order and processed quickly, we can only cancel your order if it hasn’t entered production or the shipping stage. This window is typically within 12 hours of purchase, after which cancellation is not possible. Please submit a request through our CONTACT US form for immediate assistance.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we exclusively ship within the USA. Please stay tuned as we work toward launching in additional regions worldwide.

Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in the USA.

Fees and shipping alternatives depend on your destination and the products you choose. Simply place items in your basket to view shipping calculations.

All our products are made to order. This means that once your payment is processed, our production partner begins crafting your item. Your delivery time will be the production time plus shipping time. You can find your order status on TRACK MY ORDER page.

Current production time: up to 5 working days (weekends excluding)

Estimated shipping time for the U.S mainland: 5 – 10 working days (weekends excluded) based on your shipping option.Shipments might take longer for areas outside U.S mainland such as Hawaii.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your unique tracking number. You can click on the link in this email to go directly to the TRACK MY ORDER page and view the latest updates on your shipment’s journey.

Changing a shipping address is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Due to our automated processing, we recommend submitting a request immediately through our CONTACT US form if you need to update your shipping address. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Unfortunately, we cannot include personal messages with orders as our manufacturing facility manages production and shipping directly.

Before contacting our team, kindly help by taking these steps:

  1. Examine your shipment notification for any incorrect details in the destination address.
  2. Inquire at your local mail center whether they have your parcel.
  3. Visit nearby households as the carrier might have delivered it to them.

If the delivery service has misplaced your package, please create an official report with the police before submitting a request through our CONTACT US form, including your order number.

What should I do after I receive my blanket?

We recommend giving your new blanket a good wash right after you receive it. Sometimes, you might notice a slight odor; this is completely normal! It’s simply from the pre-treatment and curing process used during production and will vanish after its first wash. Enjoy your fresh, cozy blanket!

  • Machine wash: Use cold water (max 30°C or 90°F) on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent.
  • Bleach: Only use non-chlorine bleach as needed.
  • Tumble dry: Use low heat.
  • Staying Warm Outdoors? It’s perfect for bundling up around a campfire or on cool evenings.
  • Planning a Picnic? Lay it out as a comfortable and stylish base for meals in nature.
  • Lounging in a Hammock? Use it as an extra layer for added warmth and comfort.
  • Want to Add Style to Your Campsite? Its vibrant colors and earthy charm make it a great decorative accent.
  • Need Portable Warmth on the Go? It’s easy to pack and carry for hikes, day trips, or unexpected temperature drops.
My order arrived wrong/damaged or was lost in the mail. Can you replace it?

If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing error, please email us a clear photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free reprint or a refund.

If your order was lost in transit and you haven’t received it, notify us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. For unsuccessful deliveries, we can arrange a reprint (with an extra shipping charge) or a partial refund.

As all our products are made-to-order and custom-produced just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size/color, or simply a change of mind.

However, we are committed to quality. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free reprint or a refund.
